Kadoil Successfully Completes Its Mystery Shopper Program

Kadoil has successfully completed its Mystery Shopper Program, an initiative launched to ensure continuous customer satisfaction and further enhance its service standards.

Kadoil has successfully completed its Mystery Shopper Program, an initiative launched to ensure continuous customer satisfaction and further enhance its service standards. Based on the belief that service quality is just as important as product quality in the fuel retail industry, the program involved comprehensive evaluations conducted over several months at service stations across different regions of Türkiye.

As part of the project, every aspect of the customer experience provided by Kadoil dealers was carefully assessed. Independent evaluators measured a wide range of criteria, including the overall appearance of the stations, employee interactions with customers, cleanliness of fuel pumps and convenience stores, service speed, payment processes, and the quality of customer communication.

Based on the results of these assessments, Kadoil honored its highest-performing dealers with the “Kadoil Türkiye Champion” title. The recognition was presented not only to station owners but also to all employees working at the winning stations, highlighting the importance of teamwork and collective achievement. The initiative both increased employee motivation and made excellence in service quality more visible across the network.
