Processing of Your Data and Personal Data
Data is information regarding all numerical facts such as age, height, weight, and categorical facts such as brand, channel name, country, and city, collected and analyzed for the purpose of interpreting and presenting. Data also includes your personal data.
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as name, address, email address, telephone number, birth date, and IP address. Such data of yours will be processed in full compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law, in addition to this Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between this Privacy Policy and legal legislation, the legal legislation shall prevail.
Kadoil and our contracted service providers use your data for purposes such as evaluating your job applications, fulfilling our lawful and legal obligations regarding dealers and other third parties through automation and portal systems, researching and responding to your complaints, questions, and opinions subject to your messages, carrying out the most suitable studies for your needs, conducting order tracking, conveying our offers in line with your requests, providing you with better service, facilitating the use of our website, sharing advertising and marketing activities with you, consulting your ideas, and developing special campaigns, products, or offers for you.

Users' username, password, name, surname, Turkish ID number, fax number, province, district, neighborhood, and address information, along with credit card information such as cardholder's name, surname, phone number, email address, description, card number and date, CVC number, payment amount, and item information in the Kadoil Payment Systems section;
Users' card number, birth date, name, surname, mobile phone number, license plate, and email address information in the Kadoil Club Card section;
Users' username, password, and email address information in the Kadooğlu Financial Management section;
Membership, identity, contact, order, invoice, payment, card, sales, contract, vehicle, and other information of users where necessary in the automation, portal, and TTG login areas located in the Dealer Login section;
Data obtained from various researches we may conduct about you within the scope of the services and activities located in these sections;
Your preferences or past experiences regarding products or services.
Kadoil, in accordance with Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law, may process all your non-special category personal data without seeking your consent in the following cases:
It is explicitly provided for by the laws;
It is mandatory for the protection of life or physical integrity of the person or of any other person who is bodily incapable of giving their consent or whose consent is not deemed legally valid;
Processing of personal data belonging to the parties of a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract;
It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation;
It has been made public by the data subject himself/herself;
Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise, or protection of any right;
Processing of data is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that this processing shall not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
Your special category personal data (data relating to race, ethnic origin, political opinions, philosophical beliefs, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance and dressing, membership in associations, foundations or trade unions, criminal conviction and security measures, and biometric and genetic data), on the other hand, can only be processed in cases stipulated by law. Adequate measures determined by the Board are taken in the processing of special category personal data.
Personal data relating to health and sexual life may only be processed for purposes of protecting public health, preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, and the planning and management of healthcare services and financing, by persons under the obligation of secrecy or competent public institutions and organizations. Apart from these situations, it will not be processed without your explicit consent.
Kadoil will process your personal data under all circumstances by strictly complying with the rules of law and good faith; being accurate and, when necessary, up-to-date; being processed for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes; being relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed; and being retained for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or for the purpose for which they are processed.

Ensure the tracking of necessary automation operations regarding dealers and other third parties;
Fully fulfill the obligations required by the applicable legal legislation;
Create databases to make listings, reporting, verification, analysis, and evaluations, produce statistical information, and share these with business experts provided that confidentiality conditions are met when necessary;
Analyze how you use our website and other communication channels and make our communication channels specific to you for better service;

Commercial Transfer
In case of a transfer of assets and/or change of owners such as a possible merger, acquisition, and/or takeover of Kadoil, the personal information belonging to the Site users may be shared with the relevant third parties.

Following the evaluation of your request within the framework of the principles of proportionality, data quality, and reasonableness, transactions such as modification, correction, or deletion of erroneous data will be carried out on this information. In this context, all requests you direct to the Site will be tried to be fulfilled in the most appropriate time and in the manner most suited to your request.

Security of Your Personal Data
Kadoil attaches importance to protecting the confidentiality of your data. Kadoil uses appropriate security systems to prevent the loss, alteration, and use for different purposes of the data under its control, and also our forms where you submit data are protected with 128-Bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), an encrypted communication channel during transmission, which encrypts information entries as an additional security application.
When the said data reaches Kadoil, this data is protected in accordance with our security and privacy standards. In order to benefit from SSL, your Internet browser must support SSL, and the SSL options in your browser must be kept active.
Furthermore, we also take all administrative measures that we believe are necessary to protect and preserve your personal data. Only authorized employees are allowed access to your personal data to perform their duties related to our services.
